New Combined NANPA System User Registration

User registration for the new NANP Administration System (NAS) is available as of September 30, 2024, and will remain available through October 25, 2024, until 5:00 PM ET. Registration will reopen as of October 28, 2024, at 9:00 AM ET on the new NANPA website at www.nanpa.com.
 
For Service Provider Consultants, NANPA will use your existing Letter of Authorizations when reviewing your new user registration, therefore you do not need to resubmit it. 

For those companies that plan to utilize SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) or API (Application Programming Interface), please notify NANPA Customer Support at the time you submit your user registration so that NANPA can grant you access. 

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when logging in and should be set up in advance of registering. It is recommended that Google Authenticator is used to set up the secondary authentication. For additional information refer to the Two-Factor Authentication User Guide.

To register for access to the new NAS, click here. You will receive an email notification on the status of your user registration. Upon receiving an email approving your user registration, you must log in within 7 days of receiving the email to reset your password. During this registration period, you may update your user profile at any time. Once registered, to log in to update your user profile, click here.
