Entry of Paper Submissions of Resource Applications

NANPA will enter paper submissions (faxed or mailed copies) of resource applications into the NAS on behalf of the applicant. This includes the application form as well as the in-service confirmation forms (e.g., for central office code administration, the Part 1 and Part 3 forms). The fee for this service is $200.00.
